ISR/PAL Peace Talks
Question is whether Olmert and Abbas will be able to re-start the Israeli/Palestinian peace talks in 2007.
For the purposes of this trade, Abbas and Olmert are representing the Israeli government and Palestinian leadership – change of leadership (for whatever reason) will not matter as long as both groups are represented.
Re-starting peace talks includes both groups meeting for the specific purpose of finding a way to end their current stand-off. One-off meetings and joint attendance at any diplomatic event will not count.
