Andrei Lugovoi, former KGB agent and businessman, has been implicated in the poisoning of Alexandler Litvinenko in November 2006. Britain has charged Lugovoi with Litvinenko’s murder and has announced its intent to seek his extradition from Russia. Logovi is now a deputy for the LDPR (Liberal Democratic Party of Russia) in the State Duma of the Russian Federation.
Will Britain be succesful in it’s attempts to extradite Lugovi from Russia in 2008?
